Here you will find our products belonging to the MABISZ D certification category. In the name of the SN-D series, the D indicates the rating category, while the SN stands for the easy-to-remember name Super Nova.
(This name reflects our Nova product range, which you can find under Safes/Furniture safes/Nova furniture safes, and which has an S1 rating.)
Exact definition of the insurance category:
MABISZ grade D - EuroVdS N: (recommended risk limit: HUF 5 million)
Single or double-walled plate cabinets.
In accordance with CEN regulations, the destructive test for the weakest element of the cabinet must not be less than 30 RU (in the case of a complete breakthrough), 24 RU in the case of a partial breakthrough.
According to empirical data, the total wall thickness of the cover plates, min. 4.5 mm thick steel plate, the door leaf 8-12 mm.
Between the two walls, either structural concrete fill, or a sandwich structure made of 60 HRC steel plate, or protection designed in a different way is installed. The distance between the two plates is min. 30 mm. The strength of the concrete must ensure protection against penetration.
The locking mechanism ensures safe locking in one, three or four directions through the locking mechanism. The key cannot be removed from the lock when the lock is open.
The protection against drilling of the locking mechanism is min. It is provided by a drilling protection plate with a hardness of 60 HRC. The lock can be a lock accepted for EU-certified category ″A″.
It must be fixed in a way that is resistant to a tension force of 5,000 N (including the weight of the value storage). In the case of a wall safe, the thickness of the door panel and the frame is the guideline, and the installation is understood in a reinforced concrete bed. (The cylinder lock insert does not count as a store of value lock.)
