Money handling
In addition to strongboxes, we also manufacture cash handling and cash organizing tools. Most of these are made using sheet metal bending, while lighter products are made from plastic using injection molding.
Our range includes all the necessary tools for your business’s cash handling needs: coin trays, bill trays, banknote sorters, cash registers, time-delay cash registers, small cash boxes with lids, cash drawers, and drawer inserts.
Multisafe
The British term is "Time Box," but the official Hungarian definition is "time-delay daytime valuables cabinet." We use a more memorable name for it: Multisafe.
It’s a favorite among bank clerks, cashiers, and customer service representatives. It fits under the counter and hides well from the clients' view. Positioned to the right or left of the clerk’s chair, it provides the most convenient place for daily cash handling tasks.
Super cash register
A multifunctional safe that also serves as a cash register. The two-drawer version caters to even more needs, allowing for the simultaneous but independent handling of different currencies.
Larger denominations or accumulated larger amounts can be placed directly into the safe through a deposit slot in the cash drawers. This operation does not require opening the safe door, which significantly enhances the clerk's sense of security.
Cash Registers
Cash register boxes made of sheet metal are available in both under-counter and lift-up versions.
The under-counter cash drawer can be ordered in either a narrow and tall or wide and flat version, with either a key lock or electronic lock.
For the lift-up cash drawers, we install a handle on the lid, allowing you to remove and transport it from the counter with one hand. By turning the security key, you can lock the lid, securing it for immediate transport.

Strauss Metal manufactures accessories for cash registers and cash drawers from sheet metal and plastic. Drawer inserts, coin trays, and banknote sorters fit precisely into the cash drawers. Deposit boxes made for Multisafes and Supercash registers can be locked with a separate key and are designed to fit exactly with the deposit slot cut into the drawer.

We manufacture cashier windows and security transfer counters to order. We can provide secure solutions for any situation involving cash transactions. These can include financial institutions, pawn shops, main cash registers at companies, ticket and pass counters at train stations, parking garages, sports venues, concert halls, cinemas, etc.
Transfer sets can be ordered with bullet-resistant glass and armored, portcullis transfer counters. The complete set includes a mounting frame, intercom microphones with speakers, and transfer trays, including bullet-resistant versions.
